Welcome 2019! I don’t know about you but I love the excitement of starting a new year. I take time to reflect on the year past and set intentions for the year ahead. It often takes me a week or two to put them on paper because I like to include all areas of my life. Once I have them on paper, I keep them in my wallet so I can see them often. They make me smile. I started this practice in 1998 and it is exciting to look back and see how many come to fruition.
A friend asked me recently why I do this every year and the truth is, that without intentional focus, I would probably be picking daisies (lol). I learned early in my life that focusing my mind is essential for me to accomplish everything I want to do. It helps that I am passionate about what I do and have family, friends and clients that support me along the way. I hope this year brings everyone all they desire and then some. It’s going to be a great one. Dad turns 80!
